Tapping on IBM watsonx.ai, watsonx Assistant and Watson Discovery, the council built a new virtual assistant that quickly guided citizens to the information and resources they sought, greatly improving responses with an accuracy rate of 91.5%

IBM ran a proof of concept with Happiest Minds by loading unstructured data into a Prompt Lab in the IBM watsonx.ai AI studio to fine tune the data mining process of its huge content repositories for the digital content management platform. With IBM watsonx.ai on IBM Cloud, Happiest Minds was able to get pointed data responses from the content repositories as well as generate insights faster for dashboards and business charts. The enhanced search capabilities saw a 30% increase in productivity.
