Country and Technology Leader IBM Indonesia

Cin Cin Go was named Country and Technology Leader of PT IBM Indonesia in December 2021. In this role, she will be responsible for the business growth and leadership of IBM in Indonesia.

Cin Cin and her team are focused on helping clients, partners, developers, and start-ups who are keen to transform and scale their business with hybrid cloud and AI technologies combined with deep consulting skills and expertise from IBM’s portfolio of solutions.

She comes to IBM with a strong background of diverse computing platforms gained in her career spanning more than two decades. Her insights into software-defined data centers (SDDC) on hybrid cloud would resonate with enterprises seeking to modernise their operations cost-effectively. Prior to joining IBM, Cin Cin held key leadership positions in VMware, Microsoft, Lenovo, Schneider Electric and HPE. She is a multi-award winning leader, some of which include Indonesia Team of the Year FY20 at VMware, Central Asia Pacific Leadership Award at Lenovo and Top two Future Business Leaders in 2017 by SWA Magazine Indonesia.

Cin Cin Go holds a Master in Marketing Management from Pelita Harapan University.

Passionate about empowering local businesses in their digital transformation journey, Cin Cin is an active advocate for diversity and inclusion and women in leadership.

As a mother, fun runner, and yoga lover, she is a firm believer in empowerment and coaches underserved children in her free time.
