Colin Tan is responsible for the expansion and growth of IBM Technology Sales and Business operations in Singapore.

Colin has 25 years of experience in IT consulting, software, entrepreneurship, and managing diverse teams across the Asia Pacific with a successful track record in sales and P/L management. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) before moving to Deloitte Consulting where he pioneered the PeopleSoft start-up. Colin also co-founded Sentient Health and was Regional Managing Director of Firium Solutions International before joining IBM in 2006.

Over the decades, Colin has developed strong relationships in the industry, clients, and business partners in the Asia Pacific and advised them on tech-enabled solutions such as AI, Big Data & Analytics, Security, and Cloud Solutions. He obtained a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Hons) from the University of Glasgow.
