Customer Success Leader IBM ASEANZK
Eric Wong is the Customer Success Leader for Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and Korea. He directs the CSM organisation in the region, responsible for driving and sustaining value for customers from Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies.
Prior to this role, Eric led the successful establishment and ramp-up of the Customer Success mission in Australia and New Zealand. He was previously the Head of Technical Sales for the Infrastructure division of IBM in A/NZ and held numerous technical leadership positions in Europe.
Eric is passionate about creating and leading high performing teams, engaging with clients to drive innovation and value.
He holds a Masters in Computer Science from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA Lyon) in France.
