Jakarta, 1 September 2026,  PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk (IDX: COCO), or Win&Co Group - the only integrated cocoa and chocolate manufacturer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has collaborated with IBM Consulting to modernise its enterprise operations through SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (RISE with SAP), a guided transformation journey combining a standardized framework, an integrated toolchain, and expert guidance. The initiative is designed to improve operational efficiency, strengthen supply chain and production visibility, and support the company’s long-term growth ambitions in an increasingly complex manufacturing environment.

With rising expectations for faster production cycles, enhanced food safety compliance, and end-to-end operational transparency, food manufacturers are re-evaluating traditional ways of working.  Prior to the transformation, Win&Co operated across multiple disconnected ERP platforms, creating data silos that limited enterprise-wide visibility and slowed decision-making. Key production planning, inventory tracking, and quality control processes relied heavily on spreadsheets, increasing manual workloads, reporting delays, and operational risk.

To address these challenges, IBM Consulting collaborated with SAP to implement RISE with SAP as a unified digital core platform across Win&Co’s business operations, including finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and quality management. By consolidating data and standardising workflows across subsidiaries, the company has gained real-time visibility into operations through a single source of truth. The new platform aims to help Win&Co improve production planning, strengthen inventory management and accelerate reporting processes, while reducing reliance on manual reconciliation and disconnected systems. The transformation also supports closer coordination across business functions, helping teams respond more quickly to shifts in production demand and supply chain conditions.

“Manufacturers are under growing pressure to improve efficiency, strengthen resilience and make faster decisions in highly dynamic operating environments,” said Juvanus Tjandra, Managing Director, IBM Indonesia. “By modernising its ERP infrastructure, Win&Co has established a connected and scalable digital foundation that brings together data, processes and teams across the business. This can enable greater visibility across operations and may help position the company to adopt more advanced AI and automation capabilities over time.”

“As a public listed company, building a data-driven system is essential to strengthening transparency, governance, and the quality of our reporting and decision-making. Working with IBM Consulting and SAP, we have replaced fragmented systems with a unified platform that gives us real-time visibility across our operations, from production to quality and reporting. This creates a stronger operational foundation to support our growth and our ambition to become an integrated regional food and FMCG company,” said Sugianto Soenario, President Director of Win&Co Group.

“As manufacturers navigate increasingly complex market dynamics, they need a digital foundation that can turn data into actionable insights and enable more intelligent, adaptive operations,” said Sianto Wongjoyo, Managing Director, SAP Indonesia. “Through RISE with SAP, Win&Co is establishing the foundation for an autonomous enterprise by integrating business processes, data and decision-making across the organization. By leveraging a unified digital core, the company is better positioned to drive operational agility, enhance supply chain resilience, and unlock future AI-powered innovations that support sustainable growth.”

The collaboration reflects a broader shift across Indonesia’s manufacturing sector toward integrated and data-driven operations. According to the IBM CEO Study 2026, 73% of global manufacturing leaders say AI is reshaping their business operations and view digital transformation as essential to improving productivity, innovation, and long-term competitiveness.
