Juhi McClelland

Managing Partner, IBM Consulting, IBM Asia Pacific

Juhi is a results-oriented business leader who values client-centricity and diversity. She is passionate about applying technology to make the world a better place, developing people, learning, and growing global businesses through diverse perspectives.

As the Managing Partner for IBM Consulting in Asia Pacific, Juhi is responsible for a multi-billion-dollar service P&L leading sales and delivery organizations focused on Consulting, Hybrid Cloud, and GenAI services.

Having held senior leadership roles at IBM for over 20 years, Juhi is a member of IBM’s Performance Team, Client Leadership Team, and Co-Chair of IBM’s Women’s Council. She received the Asian American Executive 2022 Award for her outstanding contributions to engineering and business as an Asian American leader.

Juhi has a bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Economics and an MBA in Marketing. She is a co-founder and serves on the board of See Insights, which provides state and country parks visitation and usage insights by deploying IoT sensors.

Career:

Prior to her current role, Juhi was the General Manager and Managing Partner for IBM Consulting – Communications Sector, with an industry focus on Telecom, High Tech, Media, Energy & Utility, and Cloud Providers.

In her previous role as the General Manager of IBM’s Global Technology Services – Americas, Juhi successfully managed a P&L of over $2.5 billion P&L, directing teams across Sales, Delivery, Offerings, and Business Operations.

Juhi also served as IBM’s Vice President of Sales for the Department of Defense and held several Development and Product Management leadership positions within IBM, including Vice President of Retail and Global Director of BladeCenter, where she led the industry consortium Blade.org. Juhi has worked for IBM in Asia Pacific in the Telecom business and as a Business Transformation Consultant in IBM Global Services.
