As the Vice President of APAC & Japan Q2C Operations, Annie inspires, motivates and leads Q2C APAC and Japan team to be the valued internal partner through: Seamless Support and Partnership for client success; Innovating deeply and broadly; Engaging Responsibly and Building Organisation Competence that is marketplace aligned. Achieved industrial eminence year on year by winning of prestigious & reputable awards ( Stevie, SSON, ICMI etc.)   

Prior to the current appointment, Annie had held several senior leadership positions including - General Manager of IBM Manufacturing Solutions - where she led a team in the manufacturing of IBM leading edge Mainframe and Server products, and fulfilment of finished goods to Asia Pacific and Europe/Middle East countries. Under her leadership, IMS received several significant internal and external awards, namely Agile Excellence Award, Work Place Health and Safety Award; Director of Global Procurement ECAT/PCB (Electronic Card Assembly / Printed Circuit Board) and Platform  - where she successfully led a global team in driving  sourcing strategy to deliver competitive market-driven solutions across all brands, by building strong collaboration with development, engineering teams and suppliers. She was also instrumental in the implementation of robust management systems and leading the team in delivering excellent business results. In Annie’s professional and personal pursuit for excellence, she lives by the maxim “The expert at anything was once a beginner”. This has been the motto that guided her both in her career journey and her personal development and growth. 

Annie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Australia. She was conferred the FCPA (Fellow Certified Practising Accountants) by the Australian Society of Accountants in recognition of her extensive knowledge, work experience and proven leadership track record in the industry.
